Unlike other local Commercial Management Companies, we have our own in-house Maintenance Division. We provide a wide range of maintenance services to meet your needs. From scheduled daily, weekly, monthly, semi-annual and annual services to a random or specific maintenance call event. This includes an after hours emergency line for your tenants to call.
We are equipped and call ready!
From minor maintenance issues with toilets to roof leaks and all in between, we have the ability to be onsite quickly to resolve the simple to most complex of issues. We do outsource the mechanical trades to ensure you have licensed professionals trained in HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Roofing, etc. for your property investment.
We can also do your Scheduled Maintenance
Need scheduled parking lot trash pickup at your location? How about an annual exterior maintenance program to ensure your property is maintained at a top level for your tenants (quarterly pressure washing sidewalks/windows cleaned/removal of webs, wasps, nests, etc.) We can set that up and run it annually for you.
